These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and XC999 ("XC999", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the XC999 website located at https://xc999.cam and all associated services, content, tools and features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

XC999 is an English-language online betting information and review platform designed for users in Pakistan. All content published on this platform is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. By accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. Continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a User on the XC999 platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other market made available through the Service.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, matched deposit offer or other incentive granted to a User, subject to applicable bonus terms and conditions.
• "Content" means all text, data, graphics, images, audio, video, odds, statistics and other materials published on the Service.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to confirm a User's identity, age, address and source of funds where applicable.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session-time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within the User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (and/or deposit, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered before withdrawals of related winnings are permitted.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to XC999 and its authorised operators, affiliates and service providers.
• "You / User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the Service.

To register an Account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Service:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity. Registrations made on behalf of a corporate entity, trust or other legal structure are not permitted without prior written authorisation from XC999.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where we have chosen not to operate, or where accepting our services would render us in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have a currently active self-exclusion agreement with any gambling operator or regulatory body.
6. You must not be an employee, director, officer or close relative of XC999 or any of its associated companies, operators or software providers.

By using the Service, you agree to comply with the following usage conditions:

• You will use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use the Service in connection with any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting systems, use of bots or automated systems, or any other activity that may be considered dishonest, illegal or harmful to the integrity of the Service.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Service, including but not limited to fraud prevention measures, geolocation tools or KYC systems.
• You will not use the Service to facilitate any financial transaction that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, or to channel funds derived from illegal activity through the platform.
• You will not attempt to access the Service using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology designed to mask your true geographic location, where such use is intended to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• You acknowledge that the Service is provided "as is" and that XC999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or the accuracy of any odds, statistics or other time-sensitive data displayed on the platform.

The following rules apply to all bets and wagers placed through the Service:

XC999 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal. Specific multipliers are stated on each offer page.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit is required to activate most bonuses. Common thresholds are PKR 500, PKR 1,000 or PKR 5,000. The specific threshold will be stated on each offer page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum stake limit per bet applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit may result in the bonus being voided. A common cap is PKR 500 per bet but this varies by offer.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire if not used within the specified time window (typically 7 to 30 days from issue). Expired bonuses and any associated uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited without cash value.
• Game Contribution: Not all games or markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots commonly contribute 100%; table games, live casino and sports markets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution percentages are stated in individual offer terms.
• Maximum Cash-out: A cap on the maximum withdrawable winnings derived from a bonus may apply (e.g., 5x the bonus amount). Winnings above this cap are non-withdrawable.
• Non-Transferable: Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered Account holder to whom they were issued.
• One Offer Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address and payment method.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions processed through the Service:

XC999 is committed to preventing fraud, underage gambling and money laundering. As part of this commitment, we may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.

• Identity Document: A valid, government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. The name on the document must match the name registered on the Account.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie / Liveness Check: A photograph of you holding your identity document, or completion of an automated liveness verification, as directed by the platform.
• Payment Method Verification: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you (e.g., a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account displaying your name and account reference).

XC999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. We provide a range of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling behaviour and encourage all Users to use these tools proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when your playing session exceeds a pre-set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your Account access for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Service. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, software and other intellectual property displayed or used on the XC999 platform are the exclusive property of XC999 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish or transmit any Content from the Service without prior written consent from XC999;
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or its underlying software;
• Use any data scraping, crawling or automated extraction tools on the Service;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices displayed on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XC999 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Losses arising from technical errors, system downtime, data transmission failures or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including the use of Account credentials by an unauthorised third party;
• Losses arising from any change in applicable law or regulation that affects the availability or legality of the Service in your jurisdiction;
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of betting decisions made using information or odds displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

XC999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• The Account has been used for money laundering, fraud, collusion or any other unlawful activity;
• The User is accessing the Service from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction;
• The User has opened multiple Accounts in violation of the one-account policy;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to XC999.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any outstanding withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any promotional balances or bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User subject to completion of required KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions, unless the closure was the result of proven fraud.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and will not affect your right to request a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which XC999 is licensed and registered as an operator, as specified in the operator's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit the rights available to Users under the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence. XC999 does not seek to exclude or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

XC999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent changes were made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole recourse is to close your Account and cease using the Service. You may do so by contacting our support team at any time.
